Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from patients and families.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment form on our Contact page, or call reception at (800) 555-9800. Most non-emergency visits are confirmed within one business day.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, a list of any current medications, and any relevant records from a previous provider. Arriving 15 minutes early gives you time to complete paperwork.
Can I request a specific doctor?
Yes — mention your preferred doctor or department when booking, and we'll do our best to match you, subject to availability.
What are your visiting hours?
General visiting hours are 10am–8pm daily. The emergency department has no visiting-hour restrictions. Full hours by department are listed on our Contact page.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Pediatrics and general checkups have same-day slots reserved each day. Other departments typically offer appointments within the same week.
How do I get my test results?
Most routine lab results are available within the same day. Your physician's office will call you, or you can ask about result access during your visit.
What happens in a medical emergency?
Call (800) 555-1234 or go directly to our emergency department, open 24 hours a day, every day. Do not wait to book a regular appointment.
